Family: Lives with parents (Jerry and Theresa), older sister Alex and older brother Justin.
Education: At the start of the series, Max was in 6th grade, but also secretly training as a wizard at home.
Hobbies: Max enjoys playing soccer, and also creating bold new sandwich combinations at his family's restaurant.
Jobs: Max enjoys making sandwiches for himself at the Waverly Sub Station (the family's restaurant), and seems to have quite a gift for it, as one as his mad sandwich creations is chosen to enter a competition to be the offical sandwich of the New York Nicks!
Classic Moments: Remember when Max ordered his new wand, and in process of things managed to break his father's old wand? But with some good timing, and by taking advantage of Alex's latest magical mishap, he managed to escape major trouble!
