Family: Victor's wife is Tanya, and two children; Raven and Cory.
Career: Mr Baxter owns and runs the Chill Grill, a hang out for Raven, Cory and their friends.
Hobbies: Mr Baxter loves cooking, and tries on many occasions to encourage his son Cory to share his hobby, but with disasterous results.
Romantic Relationships: Mr Baxter has always been loyal to his wife, Tanya, who towards the end of the series is said to have gone to England to study.
Parenting Dilemmas: Mr Baxter has had to put up with Cory and Raven living in the same house for many years, which includes rock bands practising in the living room, parties going on in the basement, and a
constant stream of kids, friends and their love interests in and out the front and back doors.
